In Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust v Mrs T & Ors (Rev1) [2022] EWHC 515 (Fam) the court gave permission for sedation to be given on intensive care to a 17 year old patient who lacked capacity, so as to save her life. She had an eating disorder.
