Our lawyers will discuss your legal query or legal case to see whether and how we might be able to assist you. Any conversations we have with you are in strict confidence. Our lawyers will send you a client care letter before undertaking any work, setting out our lawyer’s terms and fees, so that you can decide whether you wish to proceed or not. If you choose not to proceed or you later choose to stop instructing us after a piece of work has been completed (and paid for), the lawyers at Doctors Defence Service (DDS) will be fine with that.
