About DDS

The medico-legal representatives at Doctors Defence Service (DDS) have between them represented many hundreds of registered practitioners from a variety of specialisms. Our medico-legal advisors provide broad-based and bespoke legal services and advice to doctors. DDS has been in existence for around 12 years. Our medico-legal advisors are indemnified for the work they do. We are not solicitors, but may work with some external solicitors on some cases. Each of our medico-legal advisors is a qualified barrister in independent practice, working within the DDS collective brand, for our doctor clients.
