Anaesthesia Associate Legal Representation and Legal Advice

Anaesthesia Associates, regulated by the GMC, can face fitness to practise proceedings similar to those that doctors may be subject to. Doctors Defence Service advises and represents Anaesthesia Associates in GMC and MPTS Proceedings, and student anaesthesia associates in university fitness to practise hearings. We also provide legal services in relation to employment level disciplinary, disciplinary appeals, and employer level grievance hearings.
